ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot are good tools. I use them myself every day.

I may be foolish, but in my view, they are not a substitute for craftsmanship.

When using Copilot at work, I also have access to Capgemini IP as best practices and lessons learned, as well as information from organisations we are members of and from our partners.

I have another Copilot instance for film production, and it’s context is very different.

The craftsmanship of using AI assistants lies in how you frame the question and interact with the assistant.
